Jaimes Handyman Remodeling

Twenty years in business, 5.0 on Yelp, and no website at all. I built nine pages around the jobs his customers actually describe, every image an SVG, with a portfolio page that fills itself the day he sends photos.

The problem

A handyman and remodeler based in Buda since 2005, with twelve five-star Yelp reviews and nothing else online: a Facebook page with 27 followers and no site. Anyone searching for a handyman in Buda found competitors with websites and him with a listing. The reviews already told the story. They had nowhere to live.

What I did

  • Services are grouped by the jobs customers described in reviews rather than by trade: ceiling fans and attic ladders sit next to kitchen remodels and cedar porch columns.
  • Every image is an SVG illustration, so the site launched without a single photo and swaps to real ones when he sends them.
  • The portfolio page reads a photo folder. Adding work is drop the files, run one script, push.
  • GeneralContractor JSON-LD carries the address, hours, service area, and payment methods. The quote form posts to an inbox with no backend to host.

Where it landed

Nine indexable pages, a sitemap, and a working quote form, built from public listings before the first conversation.
