Kelly's K-9 Cuts

Fifteen years of regulars and 53 Google reviews, and nowhere online to send them. I built one page that answers coat type, pricing, and drop-off before the phone rings.

The problem

Kelly had groomed dogs in Kyle for over fifteen years and carried a 4.5 rating across 53 Google reviews. None of that had anywhere to land. A customer who searched the shop by name found a map pin, a phone number, and nothing that answered the questions that decide a booking: what a full cut costs for a double-coated dog, whether walk-ins are taken, how long a drop-off runs.

What I did

  • One page, because a grooming shop needs answers rather than an information architecture.
  • The service list is written by coat type instead of by breed, matching how owners describe their own dog.
  • Every call to action dials the shop. There is no booking system to adopt and no login to forget.
  • LocalBusiness JSON-LD carries the address, hours, and rating so Google reads them as data.

Where it landed

A page that loads on a phone in under a second and answers the three questions that came up on every call.
